Breakfast at B&B Villa al Parco is self-managed, offering freedom and tranquility. It can be eaten comfortably in the room or, on nice weather days, under the wisteria pergola, surrounded by the greenery of the garden.

IMPORTANT: Breakfast is not provided for the loft.

Check-in is available from 17:00 to 20:00.
To ensure a timely reception, we request that you notify us of your arrival time at least one day in advance.

Parking:

▶ 1 indoor parking space available upon request, subject to confirmation

▶ 2 free parking spaces outside the facility

Arrivals after hours:
▶ If you are scheduled to arrive outside standard hours (17:00-20:00), you can request self check-in. A personal access code will be provided for use on the keypad outside the room or loft.

▶ There is an additional charge of €8 for this service

▶ Must be requested in advance by contacting the property

If a late check-in is not communicated in advance, a fee of €8 will be applied for the service.

B & B Villa al Parco is not subject to the obligation to issue an electronic invoice.

A non-fiscal receipt, payable to individuals or companies, is issued at check-out. In case of amounts exceeding the threshold, a €2.00 revenue stamp is applied.

Tourist tax:

▶ Paid on site, with separate receipt.

▶ Both receipts are valid for business use.

Pets are welcome, with a few simple rules to follow to ensure the serenity of all guests:

▶ The pet may not be left alone in the room, except during breakfast

▶ No climbing on the bed is allowed: the animal must rest on the floor

▶ No accessories (such as kennels, bowls, etc.) are provided

▶ There is an additional charge of €10.00 per night per animal, payable locally

▶ Advance request is required
